Put up to 10 drops in food per use or up to 45 drops total per day in food.
Note: Hydrochloric Acid can be taken with any type of food. It can be taken with water or juice. Most people use Betaine HCL, but if you develop sensitivity to it, consider HCL 5% drops. In very rare cases people have too much acid; in that case you will feel a burning sensation or heartburn when taking HCL with your food.
Warning: Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes. Do not put drops directly in mouth, it can dissolve teeth. For heartburn take water and milk, do not take baking soda. If heartburn persists, seek the care of a qualified professional.
